Victorian Developments (est. 2003) is a family-owned West Virginia construction business founded by Rodney Jordan, who’s a licensed general contractor and licensed plumber. We’re based in Pinch, West Virginia and we serve satisfied residential and commercial customers in all of Kanawha County, including Charleston, Elkview and beyond.
